Paypal shopping cart question - using discounts?

I am building a site that I will be selling products on. I want to be able to offer my customers special discounts: ie referral discounts.

You know how you can use promo codes. Well, I called paypal and they said coupon codes are reserved to Ebay only and I have to get a 3rd party shopping cart company to implement it with my paypal shopping cart feature to allow that.

Does anyone know of a good 3rd party company that I can use only or discount button options that works well with paypal and is not a pain the rear to set up. I am fairly good at that kind of stuff, but I never went to school or anything. Thanks in advance

      For each one and you will find plenty of those do what you would most likely need google shopping cart and see if.
