Every time a new Walmart store is proposed people come out against it claiming it is bad for the local economy, bad for small businesses, and bad for the middle class. However, when the store opens people fill the store to make their purchases. Why?
So it seems everyone agrees. Walmart sells a wide arrange of products at a reasonable price allowing families to stretch their income farther. So how is this bad?
Perhaps it is time for the unskilled US worker to realize that they are overpaid if they can not compete with foreign workers even when the company has to pay for transportation costs from those companies.
